# Phase 3 – Nigeria Domestic Aviation Emission Factors: Sources Index

Methodology: ICAO ICEC v13.1-based derivation of Nigeria domestic aviation emission factors.  
All files are stored in `C:\Users\HP\palmgrove\NEFDB\docs\transport_aviation\` (gitignored local source folder).  
Existing files were kept and not overwritten or deleted.

## Notes

- `icao_icec_v13_1.pdf` was downloaded as a new file alongside the pre-existing `icao_icec_methodology_v13_1.pdf` already in the folder.
- `ipcc_2006_vol2_ch3_mobile_combustion.pdf` already existed in the folder; no overwrite occurred.
- The Lee et al. paper was already present as `lee_et_al_2021_aviation_rf.pdf` (an earlier copy of the manuscript titled `atmenv-d-20-00243_final_24aug2020.pdf`). It is retained unchanged.
- `defra_2024_conversion_factors.xlsx` is the full/advanced user spreadsheet (v1.1, 30 Oct 2024) from the DEFRA 2024 conversion factors publication page.
